Application and deadlines
Applications are open. Application Deadline: June 1st, 2026.
Applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee in multiple rounds of admission.
Interested candidates should duly complete and submit the online application with the requested documents, no later than June 1st, 2026.
APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply as a self-paying participant you should:

- Motivation Letter (no word limit)
- Curriculum Vitae
- Scan of Bachelor or Master's Degree
- Copy of you passport (or Identity Card for Italian candidates)
- Transcripts or records of examination results
- English language Certificate (TOEFL, IELTS).
- Proof of enrollment on WIPO portal.
Degree and transcripts can be in English, French, Italian, or Spanish language.
Please note that application must also be sent to WIPO throught this link.
The Selection Committee will evaluate applications in multiple rounds of admission, in order to provide a prompt response to all applicants and, at the same time, speed-up the enrolment process for early bird, well-qualified prospective participants.
